Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Pupillo Family is adding another restaurant, Fall 2021! We look forward to opening Pupillo's Wicked Chicken Cafe! This venue will be a fun new breakfast and lunch venue, located at 3025 High Ridge Blvd, High Ridge, MO 63049, In order to be staffed and trained when we open, staff is being hired now, to start at Pupillo's Grand Slam Restaurant & Bar, and Pupillo's Banquet & Event Center. When Wicked Chicken Cafe opens, staff will be moved there.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesChop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventoryClean kitchen and restaurant as neededQualificationsCooking experience or Back of the House experience preferredAble to meet all scheduling commitments; reliable transportation or method of getting to workAble to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needsStrong attention to detailAble to work nights and weekendsWillingness to work as a team, with both front and back of house staffWillingness and ability to be coachedHourly Wage Negotiable Based on Experience
