Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSlow Hand in West Chester, PA is looking for one line cook to join our 35 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Availability and experience with brunch service would be ideal. ResponsibilitiesStock and set up your station Complete all tasks on daily prep list, help others to do the sameCook orders in a timely manner, plate as instructed by ChefCommunicate with others working the lineEx. all food for each course should be ready at the exact same time Communicate orders, prep, counts to the Chef/Sous ChefBreak down stations/kitchen at end of shiftAssisting other kitchen employees in the completion of the shift.Prepare for next shiftFill out preplists and notify the Chef/Sous Chef on any items that need to be ordered to complete prep for the following day/daysEnsure food safety standards and regulations are upheld at all timesIf no dishwasher is present, keep up with dishes during prep time.
