Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking to add prep cooks as well as line cooks we are also looking for a Sous Chef for our Petaluma location as well to join our 16 person strong team. We have multiple locations that are hiring one in Petaluma and one in Santa Rosa . Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesChop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventoryQualificationsCooking experience or Back of the House experience preferredAble to meet all scheduling commitmentsAble to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needsStrong attention to detailWe are looking forward to hearing from you.
