Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBlood & Sand is looking to expand its kitchen team with motivated and forward thinking individuals. Experience is a must.Responsibilites include:Must have experience working in a professional, fine dining kitchen. Ability to adhere to proper food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Being fully responsible for working a station, including prepping, cleaning and maintaining the line.Monitoring ticket times and food quality and having an eye for detail.Able to follow recipes and verbal directions.Good communication skills, especially with regards to low product counts.Being able to organize and plan your time effectively.Come in on time, ready to work every day.Strive to constantly improve - including learning the menu in full detail, learning other stations, taking on more responsibility as your skill set develops.
