What we offer:Welcoming and inclusive atmosphereMedical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Short-term and long-term disability and life insurance available, with competitive pay based on experienceAM and PM shifts currently availableGreat opportunity to be involved and learn under multiple culinary school graduatesThe Line Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to menu and instructions Prepares all hot items and some cold items for cooking line and catering eventsPrepares member and employee mealsCarefully follows standard recipes and/or prep sheets when pre-preparing and preparing all itemsUses food preparation equipment according to manufacturer’s instructionsEnsures assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitaryMaintains security and safety in kitchenMaintains neat, professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all timesAdheres to state and local health and safety regulationsMaintains the highest sanitary standardsLabels, dates and returns unused food products to proper storage areasAssists with other duties as assigned by Executive Chef and Sous ChefsAssists with preparation of other food products on serving line as neededReports to the Executive Chef and Sous ChefsRequirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionallyMust have at least 3 years of line cook experience with a focus on hot food productionDetail-orientedMember focusedPreferred Requirements: ServSafe certification; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredPrior experience in the Club industry or high-end dining
