You will be tasked with doing your part to help our restaurant operate as effectively and efficiently as possible. This will require you to be adaptable and willing to do your part, wherever necessary, to aid throughout the shift. For example, you may be asked to assist with food preparation, clean the kitchen, wash dishes, cook on the line, and more. To find success in this role, you will need to be adaptable, hard-working, and willing to take direction. You should also be comfortable with managing competing priorities in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Our kitchen is visible to our guests, meaning you must be in clean clothes, well groomed, and professional at all times. Must be able to consistently maintain quality of product while adhering to all systems and parameters set by leadership.Duties and Responsibilities:Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening/closing procedures and cleaningPerforms other duties as assigned by the exec chef or management Qualifications:3 years experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification preferredKnowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsWillingness to work nights and weekendsStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
