This mission focuses on elevating human dignity by providing exceptional services and opportunities to our employees, guests, and investors.Life as a Line Cook:Cook items following a detailed recipeMaintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints.Responsible for monthly inventories and initiates programs to reduces breakage and loss in glassware and silverware. Organize all of the various prep items needed from different areas to ensure that all items are in place and ready for service.Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Restock items that were depleted during the shift and make sure to maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements. What we're looking for:High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1-2 years of kitchen experienceFluency in Spanish, previous relations training, artistic and creative talent preferredFood service permit as required by local or state government agency/ food service and/or certification required by franchiseLeadership and customer service skillsCulinary ability; food and event orientedPlanning and organizational ability What to expect in your first few months:First, you will be familiarized with the menu offerings.
