Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description: The Line Cooks prepare our wide array of food offerings with care and consistency. Line cooks impact the dining experience immensely as the responsibility of quality food preparation of the majority of our offerings falls to them. Line cook is responsible for staffing the cook line and preparing all the kitchen orders on the cook line.  They are also to assist with sending orders out at the pass-through window. Essential Functions:Staffing the cook linePrepare all kitchen ordersAssist team with sending orders out at the pass-through windowExpedite meat if they are not busy on the cook line.Stocking any missing items from the food line.Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal communication skillsPossesses a friendly, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to be professional and courteous with their teammatesAble to exercise good judgment while working both independently and collaboratively; works well in a team environmentAble to work in a noisy and sometimes chaotic environment and be flexible under a variety of circumstancesPunctual, neat and accurate in work habits; precise and detail-orientedAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended schedules during peak periodsThe ability to adjust to business needs and display a sense or urgency during peak hours. Valid ServSafe Food Handler’s CertificatePhysical DemandsAble to move from place to place which may include standing and/or walking for extended periods of timeLift and carry 50 lbs short distancesDress Code: Non-slip shoes, no loose clothing Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $23.00/hr + TipsEmber Korean BBQ is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, inclusion and respect.
