We are seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment and are excited to be part of a world-class team.Job Summary As a Line Cook at Carama, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional food quality and presentation that defines the Wolfgang Puck brand. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items with precision and consistency while upholding the highest culinary standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute all cooking techniques with accuracy: sautéing, roasting, braising, grilling, broiling, baking, steaming, and poaching (for this role, heavy focus on grill and pasta). Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes and specificationsMaintain proper food storage, labeling, rotation, and sanitation practices per health and safety regulationsFollow the kitchen’s production schedule and contribute to prep work as neededMaintain proper portion control, plate presentation, and garnishing standardsKeep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout serviceAssist with inventory control and the receiving and stocking of deliveriesCollaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and smooth service during peak periodsQualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong knowledge of various cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety standardsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, fine dining kitchenMust be able to work 3pm-close 4-5 nights a week.
