Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Flexible scheduleFree uniformsOpportunity for advancementDescription: Experienced line cooks ensuring the preparation and presentation of healthy dishes through the correct execution of recipes and maintaining order and efficiency within their workstation.Main Functions and Responsibilities Execute recipes and technical specifications defined by the Head Cook with precision, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. Prepare, cook, and plate food according to restaurant standards and service times. Comply with established food safety, temperature, food handling, and cleaning protocols (ServSafe or equivalent). Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked before, during, and after each shift. Participate in the setup, restocking, and dismantling of the production line. Assist in inventory control, portioning, waste, and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Report any issues related to products, machinery, or equipment to the Head Cook. Assist in receiving and storing supplies, verifying quality and delivery conditions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork, communication, and respect. Comply with the dress code, punctuality, and personal hygiene standards established by the company.Requirements: Valid documents to work in the United States. 1 to 2 years of experience in kitchens, preferably in healthy food, brunch, or contemporary cuisine. Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques. Availability to work, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods. Effective time management and ability to work under pressure. Food Safety Certification Own vehicle Verifiable work references in the U.S. Ability to communicate in Spanish and basic English (understanding orders and technical specifications).Benefits Paid training Collaborative work environment Growth opportunities.Descripcin: Personal con experiencia en la lnea de cocina garantizando la preparacin y presentacin de platos saludables a travs de la correcta ejecucin de recetas y el mantenimiento del orden y la eficiencia dentro de su estacin de trabajo.Principales funciones y responsabilidadesEjecutar con precisin las recetas y fichas tcnicas definidas por el Head Cook, manteniendo la consistencia en sabor, textura y presentacin.Preparar, cocinar y emplatar los alimentos de acuerdo con los estndares del restaurante y los tiempos de servicio.Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria, temperatura, manipulacin de alimentos y limpieza establecidos (ServSafe o equivalentes).Mantener su estacin de trabajo limpia, organizada y abastecida antes, durante y despus de cada turno.Participar en el montaje, reposicin y desmontaje de la lnea de produccin.Colaborar en el control de inventarios, porciones, mermas y rotacin de productos (FIFO/FEFO).Reportar al Head Cook cualquier incidencia relacionada con productos, maquinaria o equipo.Asistir en la recepcin y almacenamiento de insumos, verificando calidad y condiciones de entrega.Contribuir al ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo, fomentando el trabajo en equipo, la comunicacin y el respeto.Cumplir con el cdigo de vestimenta, puntualidad y normas de higiene personal establecidas por la empresa.Requisitos: Documentos vlidos para trabajar en Estados Unidos.1 a 2 aos de experiencia en cocinas preferiblemente en conceptos de comida saludable, brunch o cocina contempornea.Conocimientos en tcnicas de coccin saludableDisponibilidad para trabajar incluyendo fines de semana y feriados.Capacidad fsica para estar de pie durante largos perodos de tiempo.Uso efectivo del tiempo y trabajar bajo presin.
