This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes, supporting daily prep tasks, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station throughout service. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and able to take direction while working independently in a kitchen environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Menu Prep and ExecutionPrep alongside team according to prep lists provided by leadershipPrepare menu items from recipes in a timely manner for tickets throughout serviceEnsure knowledge of menu items and ingredientsStock and maintain designated stations as directed by leadershipCollaborate with leadership and prepare order sheets as needed Health, Safety, and Service StandardsComply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards including proper storage, rotation of inventory, and quality controlMaintain a positive and professional approach with ownership, coworkers, and customers, and vendorsRequirements:QUALIFICATIONS:At least 1 year of culinary experienceStrong work ethic and integrityAbility to work a flexible schedule, including days, evening, weekends, and holidaysAbility to communicate clearly in English both written and verbalEDUCATION:High School Diploma / GED preferred.Degree or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related field, or culinary certificate ideal.PHYSICAL ABLITIES:Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. as neededContinuous bending, reaching, and twistingMaintains strong personal image and uniform standardsMust be able to work at a high paceNote: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
