Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Brothers Keeper, a Miami Beach bar with a strong focus on hospitality and great food, is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our team.Responsibilities:Handle daily prep work to ensure ingredients are ready and stations are fully stocked.Maintain organization and cleanliness of your station at all times.Work independently for the majority of your shift, taking ownership of the station.Multitask under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining consistency and quality.Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices.Assist with portioning, labeling, and rotating product.Requirements:Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred, but not required.Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.Comfortable working solo on the line with limited supervision.Strong time management and organizational skills.Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
