In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and his team to create innovative menus and prepare delicious meals. The ideal candidate is experienced, and has a passion for creating meals that wow, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Create innovative menus according to the seasonal availability of ingredients and customer expectationsPrepare and plate food according to kitchen specificationsAssist Executive Chef with kitchen operations with a goal of increasing revenue and profitcoordinate all food preparation and presentationMaintain appropriate levels of inventory in your stationFollow all food safety rules and regulationsQualifications:High school diploma/GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressure
