Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Employee discountsOpportunity for advancementTraining & development Moro's Kitchen, a popular Skaneateles village restaurant open Wednesday through Sunday, is looking to hire a Line Cook to join our team.Ideal line cook candidates will have at least 1-2 years line cook experience. This candidate should be able to grill and saut menu items to order in a fast pace setting. This position also includes cooking fresh pasta to order along with cooking meats and fish to temp. Example: rare, medium rare, medium, etc. A line cook must be able to follow house recipes, preform minor butchering and prep the menu items for service. Being able to make sauces is preferred, but not a must; we will train this candidate on how we like them done.
