In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers, in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. HoursWe are currently open Thursday-Sunday (Monday's will open up once our busy season begins)Typical hours on weekdays begin at 3pm and end around 9pm, weekends begin at 11:30am and end around 11:30pm.Duties and Responsibilities:Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressure
