You will be responsible for station setup, precise food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and consistency throughout service.What You’ll Do:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelinesSet up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipmentEnsure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all timesCollaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver timely, consistent serviceAssist with inventory, prep, and closing duties as assignedContribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen cultureIdeal Candidate:3+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-end or fine dining environmentStrong understanding of kitchen operations, food prep, and presentation standardsReliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchenDetail-oriented and committed to excellence in every plateAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsMiami-based and available for evening and weekend shiftsPowered by JazzHRpUETiyF3HX
