ResponsibilitiesPrepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent resultsKnow and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practicesCook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipmentPortion all the products, follow the recipes, and always ensure the plate presentation looks beautifulKeep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards Qualifications:Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. You should have good English communication skills, comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
