Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team and help us prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients for dishes according to recipes and menu specifications- Cook dishes to order in a timely and efficient manner- Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards of quality and consistency- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen ManagerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma preferred- Must have 1 to 2 years' experience as a line cook- Must be able to pass a background check- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment- Strong communication and organizational skills- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsIf you are a passionate and dedicated cook with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
