If you are a skilled and passionate cook with a dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and specificationsOperating kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, and fryers, to cook and prepare foodEnsuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentationPreparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation proceduresMonitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are running lowCommunicating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation of mealsAssisting with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areasRequirements:Experience as a line cook or in a similar roleExtensive knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methodsAbility to operate kitchen equipment and use kitchen tools safely and effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and specificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamAbility for stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbsHere is a snapshot of our amazing benefits!Flexible ScheduleWe care about work life balance and development of our staff though continuous education and professional growth.
