Our seasonal dining operation is a key part of the member experience, and were looking for passionate and reliable kitchen professionals to join our team.Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support our seasonal food service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals consistently. As a line cook, youll work closely with our General Manager and kitchen team to prepare and plate a variety of menu items for our members and guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsSet up and stock stations with necessary suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstationsFollow proper food safety and sanitation proceduresWork efficiently with other team members to ensure timely serviceAssist with receiving deliveries and inventory management as neededAdapt to special events, themed nights, and varying service volumesQualifications:Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role (1+ years preferred)Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standardsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPositive attitude and strong work ethicMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsPerks & Benefits:Friendly, supportive team atmosphereBeautiful work environment at a premier private clubPotential for rehire in future seasons
