The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.We have part time and full time opportunities for Line Cooks!We offer competitive starting pay based on experience and availability, performance-based advancement, and free meals while working!Requirements:Qualifications:Education/Experience:Minimum 1-year experience working as Line Cook preferredServe Safe Certification preferredLanguage Ability:Must be able to communicate effectively in English language – both written and oral Math Ability:Basic mathematical skills in order to calculate portion sizes, measurements, and recipesKnowledge/SkillsAbility to work in a team environment or independentlyAbility to work in high pressure, fast paced environmentMust be able to multitaskAbility to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all timesComputer Skills: Basic computer skillsReasoning Ability: Ability to apply superior sanitation standards Must have knowledge of food storage requirements, both hot and cold Able to perform in a fast-paced, loud, crowded environment.
