We have a high end "Brunch" type menu. We are primarily a scratch kitchen with many novelty menu items.. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. If you have a passion for creating meals that wow, we want to hear from you. This position is a 7:00am to 3:30pm position 5 days a week. You must be able to work weekends.Duties and Responsibilities:Work the line with other team membersPrepare and setup station dailyConsistently Prepare food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureAbility to prepare food consistently regardless of how busy it isAbility to manage several tickets at the same time and effectively communicate with other team members on the lineExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsWillingness to perform any duty in the kitchen as needed
