Your role will involve executing recipes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with company standardsEnsure food quality and presentation meet established guidelinesCollaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and maintain stock levelsFollow proper food handling and sanitation proceduresAssist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspaceContribute to a positive team atmosphere and work cohesively with colleaguesAdhere to safety and health regulations at all timesRequirements:Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume banquet or event setting.Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipmentAbility to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented settingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededFood handler's certification or willingness to obtain onePhysical Demands:Strength demands: Medium work. Includes exerting 10-45 pounds.Walking and standing during a 6-8 hour shift.
