Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for motivated individuals with great attitudes to be a part of our team!NOW HIRING:Line Cooks for fast-paced kitchenPay: $15-$18/ hour depending on experienceFull Time & Part TimeResponsibilities:Ensure ingredients and final products are freshFollow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredientsBake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foodsPresent, garnish and arrange final dishesOccasionally serve/run foodMaintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishesHandle and store ingredients and foodMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsEnsure stations are prepped, stocked and ready for serviceTurn over clean and restocked station for next shiftStandard cleaning of equipment, dishes and facilitiesBeing a team player and helping othersSkills:Prep and cook in a fast paced restaurant kitchenWorks well independently and with a teamFamiliar with kitchen sanitation measures and safety regulationsKnows how to cook on and operate flat tops, burners, ovens, and fryersMulti-taskingCan lift and move boxes/objects 50lbsMaintains a positive attitude throughout the shift no matter how busy it getsQualifications:Minimum 6 months restaurant kitchen prep experience (required).Minimum 1 year restaurant kitchen cooking and/or prep experience (preferred).Reliable transportation (required)ServSafe Food Handler or willing to get it (required)ServeSafe Manager Certification or willing to get it (desired).Schedule:Full Time & Part TimeDays & EveningsWeekdays and weekendsBenefits for Part Time Employees:Employee DiscountBenefits for Full Time Employees:Employee Discount
