Daily duties include:Washing dishes and maintaining clean, organized work areasPrepping ingredients for service — chopping, slicing, portioning, and labelingMaking dough, baking bread, and preparing sauces and dressingsCooking food using a wood-fire oven and convection ovenPreparing cold items such as salads, desserts, and gelatoFollowing recipes and maintaining consistency with every dishRotating stock and storing ingredients properlySupporting teammates and completing additional tasks assigned by managementWhat We’re Looking ForProven kitchen experience preferred (restaurant or brewery setting a plus)Strong knife skills and solid understanding of food safety and sanitationAbility to multitask, manage timing, and stay calm under pressureDependable, team-focused, and takes pride in quality workMust be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy itemsCompensationThis is a full-time hourly position.
