If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and love working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and cook menu items following Villa Antonio’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.• Operate and maintain various kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and sauté stations.• Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, especially during high-volume service hours.• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure a smooth service.• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food storage, labeling, and disposal.• Assist in inventory management by properly storing and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.• Uphold Villa Antonio Winery’s commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.Qualifications & Experience:• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role preferred (restaurant, winery, catering, or banquet experience is a plus).• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices.• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mentality.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Perks & Benefits:• Competitive pay, with opportunities for raises based on performance.• Employee discounts on food, wine, and merchandise.• Fun, team-oriented environment in a beautiful winery setting.• Opportunities for growth and development within the culinary team.Ready to join our team?
