As a Culinary Artisan, you play an integral role in curating an unforgettable dining experience, leaving an indelible mark on the palates of our patrons.Prepare station(s) for daily service with adequate inventory of necessary items and supplies.  Complete opening checklists.  Utilize various cooking methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, cutting, chopping, mixing etc.) to prepare food items according to designated recipes Demonstrate proper and safe use of food service equipment, including different types of knives, slicers, ovens, grills,pots, food processor pans.Comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.Complete closing checklists, including properly storing food and sanitizing surfaces.Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs accordingly.Demonstrate efficient production of food items to achieve maximum productivity and reduce waste. Remain in compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulationsBe able to and willing at any stage of service run the line and expedite orders to the service team. Food allergy awareness when executing dishes and orders for guests with limitations.Be able and willing to work any station or section in and out of the kitchen when required. Uses critical thinking and reasoning skills to resolve challenging situations.Works cooperatively and efficiently with the entire staff.Ensure all food items are prepared to Company standardPay Rate: $21 - $23/hourQualificationsFormal training or education in culinary artsOne year Line Cook experience Proficient in various cooking methods and techniques Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of dishesAdditional InformationAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
