Line Operator

The Line Operator position is an entry-level role within our Extrusion department. This position requires the use of standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to identify any basic abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Wrap the final product evenly and neatly around the reel while maintaining quality checks.
• Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product specifications are met.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing and production environments.
• Proficiency in machine operating and extrusion processes.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily a clean, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a focus on teamwork. The position involves working a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with shifts available from 7 am to 7:15 pm or 7 pm to 7:15 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
