Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKindred Spirit Brewing in Richmond, VA is looking for one line- prep to join our 20 person strong team. We are located at 12830 W Creek Pkwy Ste J. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.BenefitsWe offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble menu items including pizzas, pretzels, chips and queso. Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.Set up, stock, and maintain prep and service stations throughout the shift. Operate ovens, warmers, and kitchen equipment safely and correctly.Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets health and safety standards. Assist with inventory rotation, labeling, and food storage.Part-time position - Hours of operation - Wednesday 5-8pm, Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 5-8:30pm, Saturday 1-8:30pm, Sunday 1-6pm. Work all shifts or a couple.QualificationsPrevious kitchen or prep experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
