Linguistic Expert – Turkish at Mercor

Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab to bring on a Linguistic Expert Turkish (Turkey). This is a part-time opportunity (1020 hours per week in person) at one of the following client offices: San Francisco New York Atlanta London or Singapore. Youll play a vital role in enhancing AI systems by ensuring accurate fluent and culturally aware Turkish (Türkiye) outputs. Responsibilities Review and annotate AI-generated Turkish text for grammatical accuracy and contextual relevance. Provide feedback on semantics idiomatic expressions and stylistic nuances. Create and maintain guidelines to improve Turkish language consistency in AI outputs. Partner with researchers to address language-specific challenges. Suggest improvements to datasets and linguistic frameworks. Requirements Native-level proficiency in Turkish (Türkiye) and fluency in English. Strong command of grammar syntax and stylistic conventions. Bachelors degree in Linguistics Translation Literature or related field. Experience in linguistic annotation or content review preferred.
