Litigation Associate at Anansys Staffing LLC

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation including drafting pleadings managing discovery conducting depositions and representing clients in court. Strong analytical research and writing skills are essential as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing cases from inception to resolution a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law and the ability to strategize and advocate effectively on behalf of clients. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR A minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience with demonstrated success in contract disputes and business torts. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar. Exceptional analytical research and writing skills. Strong advocacy skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proven experience managing cases from inception to resolution.
