The Litigation Associate will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing for and attending court appearances and depositions, and writing motions and briefs. The Litigation Associate will also be responsible for conducting discovery and managing case files. Qualifications Strong understanding of law and legal concepts Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents Experience preparing for and attending court appearances and depositions Experience writing motions and briefs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to the Missouri Bar or eligible for admission Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal research databases Applicants should provide a current resume and transcript.
