They are currently looking for a Litigation Associate to join their financial services/commercial litigation team! Location St. Louis, MO Schedule: Hybrid remote/office schedule after training period Base Salary: $150k-$200k/year Billable hour requirement: 1800/year (150 of those hours are allocated for training and pro-bono work - bonuses off of 1650/year!) Hybrid remote/office schedule Job Details We currently have an opening in the St. Louis office for a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the Litigation Practice Group, working on commercial litigation involving financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions. A strong focus on FINRA arbitration with experience advising on financial services regulatory and compliance matters is preferred. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management. Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation. Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings. Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports. Assist in trial preparation including strategy, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation. Qualifications: 3-5 years of litigation based practice required; experience with financial services regulatory and compliance matters is preferred. Experience taking and defending depositions.
