DescriptionOur client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Defense Attorney to join their Pittsburgh office. RequirementsResponsibilities:Draft and file responsive pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct factual investigations, review records, and analyze case documents.Prepare and respond to written discovery; manage depositions of parties and witnesses.Develop and execute litigation plans and budgets.Research legal issues and prepare memoranda, motions, and summary judgment briefs.Attend hearings, arguments, conferences, and status calls.Interview and work with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses.Coordinate responses to electronically filed documents and discovery requests.Maintain proactive communication with supervising attorneys and clients regarding case progress.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.3–5+ years of defense litigation experience.Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; additional admissions a plus.Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.Demonstrated experience with depositions, oral arguments, and case management conferences.Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Why Apply:Join a respected law firm with a supportive and professional culture.Handle complex, high-quality defense litigation matters.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Career growth opportunities within a thriving practice group.Job typePerm
