Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: Our client, a boutique litigation firm with multiple offices on the east coast, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Associate to join their firm. This is a unique hybrid role that will allow you to utilize your legal expertise in both the courtroom and the boardroom. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation cases, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction. Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial strategy. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and to stay updated on recent laws and regulations. 3. Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements. 4. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. 5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop legal strategies. 6. Provide legal advice to clients and advise on the potential implications of current and future laws and regulations. 7. Develop relationships with clients and work closely with them to understand their needs and objectives. 8. Participate in business development activities including client meetings, conferences, and seminars. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation. 3. Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. NJ or NY Admission is a plus. 4. Strong skills in legal research and writing are essential. 5. Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload and to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal strategies to clients and colleagues. 7. Proven track record of representing clients in court and winning cases. 8. Experience with e-discovery and litigation support tools. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to excellence and high standards. 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
