Practice areas include corporate law and governance, mergers & acquisitions, business litigation, tax planning, employment law, intellectual property (trademarks, etc.), and estate planning and real estate matters.

We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for commercial disputes and representing businesses in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries. The ideal hire will have experience drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery and depositions, attending client meetings, and appearing in court.

Qualifications
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Preferred experience in motion practice and courtroom advocacy; contract, tort, and real estate disputes; and written discovery, e-discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
