Responsibilities: As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will: 1. Manage all phases of litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. 2. Develop and present sophisticated arguments and expert testimonies in the courtroom. 3. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. 4. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses. 5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients in an effort to resolve matters in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. 6. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, precedents, and industry-specific legal developments. 8. Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them the highest level of service and ensuring their legal rights are protected. 9. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive legal approach. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position should possess: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on trial practice. 3. An active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. 4. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong negotiation and mediation skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively. 7.
