Develop and present sophisticated arguments and expert testimonies in the courtroom. 3. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. 4. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position should possess: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on trial practice. 3. An active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. 4.
