Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a tenacious, detail-oriented Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes litigation cases, providing the highest level of legal representation to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, legal research, and legal writing, as well as trial experience. A specialization in construction law will be a significant advantage. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry with a strong focus on litigation. Why join us? Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. 3. Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. 4. Provide legal advice to clients on potential litigation risks and strategies. 5. Coordinate with legal support teams to ensure efficient case management. 6. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to the construction industry and litigation practices. 8. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. 3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial work. 4. Proven experience in the construction industry is highly desirable. 5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation cases from start to finish. 7. Strong negotiation and client management skills. 8. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 10. High level of professional ethics and integrity. 11.
