Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote (St. Petersburg office) 18 days PTO Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K with match Discretionary bonus Job Details LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT A well-established Tampa Bay law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a highly productive commercial litigation attorney in its downtown Tampa office. This is a high-level support role ideal for a self-directed professional who anticipates needs, executes with precision, and thrives with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to commercial litigation attorneys Draft, format, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents including briefs, motions, and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings and meetings, and track court deadlines Coordinate with clients, courts, and internal teams Assist with deposition and trial preparation including exhibit organization Support new matter intake including conflict checks and engagement materials Enter time in Aderant and manage document filing in iManage/DMS Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all matters Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant experience required - commercial litigation preferred Strong knowledge of court filing procedures - electronic and in-person Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel Exceptional proofreading, editing, and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive Interested in hearing more?
