We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning cases, a deep understanding of the legal landscape, and a passion for business development. Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Handling all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, and arguing motions.
3. Collaborating with other members of the litigation team to develop case strategies.
4. Leveraging your expertise in business development to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and expand the firm's reach.
5. Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and other staff members.
6. Keeping abreast of changes in law and informing the team of any updates that could impact our clients.
7. Representing the firm at industry events and conferences, positioning us as a leader in the field.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 15 years of litigation experience, with portable book of business .
4. Extensive experience with depositions and a strong track record of successful outcomes.
5. Proven business development skills, with the ability to attract and retain clients.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
7. A strategic thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
