Caregivers HCA or CNALive-in Shifts are one 24-hour period or up to 3.5 days depending on scheduling needsAt Generations Homecare we strive to make every client a client for life. Depending on the clients care plan and needs a caregiver may need to have a drivers license and drive either their personal vehicle for errands/appointments (mileage reimbursement is provided) or may drive the clients car.Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts including nights and/or weekendsPrior experience in healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)Willingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a CNA or completion of a CNA ProgramTake pride in providing high-quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)Most live-in clients have a need a caregiver totransport the client.
