LLM & Agentic AI R&D Intern at Bosch Group

Conduct research on Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic AI to address academic and industrial challenges.Collaborate with mentors and other colleagues to integrate the developed methods into prototype systems for Bosch applications such as AI agents RAG engineering assistance information extraction etc.Summarize research findings in high-quality NLP conference papers (e.g. ACL EMNLP AAAI) and/or patent submissions.  Qualifications : Basic QualificationsPh.D. Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering (must be a current student or recent graduate - less than 1 year) Strong research experience in natural language processing machine learning and related fields.Hands-on experience on large language models including training fine-tuning and prompting.Hands-on experience on state-of-the-art NLP / AI libraries and toolkitsGood communication and team-working skillsPreferred Qualifications Publication record in top NLP or machine learning venues (e. g. ACL EMNLP AAAI NAACL TACL).R&D experiences on LLM based agents task planning / decomposition and reasoning.R&D experiences on retrieval-augmented generation.R&D experiences on multi-modal foundation models.R&D experiences on reinforcement learningAdditional Information : The U.S. base salary range for this intern position is $39.00 - $64.00.
