Position includes a starting wage of $20.20/hour quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that We dont lead our industry - our people do.Shift Schedule:1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:15 am - 2:15 pmWatch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.As a Machine Loader at Caterpillar you will:Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devicesAssist Machinists or Welders with certain processesMaintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly conditionFollow documented procedures standard work routings and blueprintsBasic Qualifications:Experience with Overhead Hoists OR Overhead CranesPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periodsWilling and able to perform repetitive operationWilling and able to lift up to 35 lbs.Top candidates will also have:Material handling experienceManufacturing experienceMachining experience or exposureWelding experience or exposureAdditional Information: Resumes are highly encouraged for all applicants.
