What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders to transport and load materials safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site safety
- Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational flow
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
- $40.00 to $43.75 per hour
