PrideStaff needs a 2nd shift Loader Operator in Vance, AL. Pay Range- $17.00-$18.00Duties:Operate various pieces of large equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulationsEnsure proper operation of equipment by performing regular checks on their functionalityDocument regular maintenance checks to maintain adequate records of equipment performanceProvide preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating properlyRegularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionalityPerform minor repairs on equipment issuesReport needs for larger repairs to the appropriate partiesAbide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety proceduresCommit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and considerationHeavy Equipment Operator Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience working with heavy equipmentKnowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standardsAbility to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipmentKeen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environmentStrong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ poundsCall PrideStaff at 205-440-3729 Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
