Sign off on blend sheet as product is loaded.Record bucket countsProperly blend crude according to quality specificationsCoordinate with Mill Operator on selection of crude clay.Assist Mill Operator as needed by observing machine operation conducting and examining quality test results and setting and adjusting controls to ensure efficiency and conformance to quality specifications.Monitor product movement to and from storage tanks/bins and coordinate with operators to ensure constant product flow.Feed slicer load trucks with crude clay place and load rail cars.Maintain housekeepingPerform operator maintenance of loader (pre-shift washing and fluid checks)Follow LOTOTO procedure to clean magnets slicers and feed systemMust be able to bend stoop climb and balance while lifting and/or holding 50lbs. For example shovel clay balance on railcars lift railcar lids and tighten/release hand brakes on the railcars. Must be able to carry and lift up to 100lbs. Frequent standing and walking required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
