The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.Responsibilities:• Ensure lien perfection and manage associated documentation accurately.• Process maintenance requests and address title matching discrepancies promptly.• Generate and review reports related to loan administration and collateral management.• Handle paid loan processes, including lien releases, with precision.• Collaborate with teams to maintain compliance with loan underwriting and administrative standards.• Verify and update title work to ensure accurate collateral records.• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.• Respond to customer inquiries professionally, providing clear and timely information.• Support community development initiatives, including handling CDBG-related loan processes.• Previous experience in collateral operations, loan administration, or title work.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities.• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication.• Familiarity with loan underwriting processes and related standards.• Knowledge of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs is a plus.• Proficiency in reviewing and processing payoff documentation.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
