DescriptionJoin our Commercial Real Estate team as a Commercial Loan Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our lending operations.As a Commercial Loan Coordinator in the Commercial Real Estate department you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of loan files manage your pipeline effectively and collaborate with various teams to support our operations. You will be responsible for processing and reviewing multi-family and commercial loan files maintaining compliance with federal lending regulations and partnering with stakeholders to meet service level agreements. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help drive quality results in a high-volume environment. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously prioritize tasks and contribute to the success of our team. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding career path within a leading financial institution.Job Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with current federal lending regulations and internal controls for accuracy timeliness and documentationPartner with internal and external stakeholders to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Act as intermediary between sales credit and closing partnersManage a pipeline of loans at various stages including initial file review submission to underwriting and submission to closingMaintain a balance of producing quality work with a high-volume workloadRespond to department-specific questions in a timely and accurate mannerReview and process multi-family and commercial loan filesCollaborate with various teams to support operational efficiencyMonitor loan documentation for completeness and accuracySupport the implementation of process improvementsUphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive documentsRequired qualifications capabilities and skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal directionExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlinesStrong business communication skills; able to write and speak clearly and professionally for a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive documentsEffective time management skillsExperience with real estate and entity formationsAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications capabilities and skills:Bachelors degreeExperience in commercial real estate lending or loan processingFamiliarity with federal lending regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan management systemsStrong interpersonal skillsExperience working in a high-volume environmentAbility to contribute to process improvement initiativesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Dhcp,Food Technology,AIX,Equity Research,Audio Visual Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
