The job performs various administrative tasks involved in servicing loans.Depth & Scope:Performs duties of Employees supervised on a limited basis and acts as an experienced resource for teamActivities involve day-to-day work load coordination resolution of procedural problems and prioritization based on business objectivesUsually provides support to two or more teams performing two or more operations activitiesResponds to more complex inquiries and issues from Customers and internal unitsResearches information to provide responses and resolutionContacts Customers to explain items affecting their accountsReviews work provides information and procedural knowledge to less experienced staffPerforms varied non-routine administrative tasks in support of a single unit or team within Loan OperationsResponds to inquiries and issues from internal unitsPerforms research and reviews of any unresolved suspicious items with staff to help prevent fraudulent activitiesProvides the primary leadership of a unit or team within Loan Operations including input to performance management coaching and guidance to team membersPerforms preliminary research on suspicious items and reports findings to appropriate resource to help prevent fraudulent activitiesMakes entries in general ledger related to paperwork and information processedEnsures accuracy of entries and verifies data enteredApproves and reviews general ledger entries and/or invoices for accuracy and completenessProvides input and assistance to management in developing and maintaining budget as requestedIdentifies audits investigates and rectifies departmental discrepanciesEducation & Experience: 2 year degree or equivalent experience3-5 years related experience requiredPrevious lead experience is required.
