Waukesha State Bank is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-driven Loan Servicing Officer to join our Mortgage Operations this vital role youll oversee the full servicing lifecycle of mortgage and consumer loans while ensuring accuracy compliance and exceptional customer support. Acting as a key liaison between borrowers internal departments and external partners youll help resolve issues answer inquiries and maintain the high service standards our customers expect. This position plays a central role in monitoring loan performance managing delinquencies and defaults and ensuring all activities adhere to federal state investor and company guidelines.As a Loan Servicing Officer youll provide leadership and expertise across daily servicing operations reporting loss mitigation processes and workflow coordination.
